These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://golden-dunes-travelers.info and to all tours, transfers and travel services booked with Golden Dunes Travelers, Marrakech, Morocco. By using this website or making a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Please check all details (dates, names, pick-up point, number of travellers) and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Private tours are organised exclusively for you and your group.
2. Prices and payment
Prices on this website are per person or per group as indicated and may change according to season, group size and availability. The price confirmed in writing at the time of booking is the final price. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be requested to secure your booking and the balance is paid on the first day of the tour in cash (MAD, EUR or USD) or by the method agreed with us. Prices include only the services clearly listed in the tour description.
3. Cancellation by the traveller
- More than 15 days before departure: full refund of the deposit.
- Between 7 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be sent by email or WhatsApp. Any exception is at our discretion, for example in case of documented force majeure.
4. Changes and cancellation by us
We may need to change an itinerary, vehicle, camp or hotel because of weather, road conditions, safety reasons or events outside our control. In that case we will offer an equivalent alternative. If we must cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required health documents.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.
- Please inform us in advance about health conditions, mobility needs or dietary requirements that may affect your trip.
- You agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our drivers and guides, and to respect local customs and laws.
6. Activities
Some activities (camel rides, quad biking, sandboarding, hiking, hot-air balloon flights) involve natural risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Activities operated by third-party providers are subject to their own conditions.
7. Liability
Golden Dunes Travelers acts with care in selecting drivers, guides, camps and accommodation. We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries or damages caused by force majeure, third parties, the traveller’s own actions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the service concerned.
8. Use of this website
All texts, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Golden Dunes Travelers or are used with permission and may not be copied without written consent. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security or use it for unlawful purposes. Information on the website is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
9. Advertising and external links
This website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or policies of advertisers or third-party websites.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will first be handled amicably; failing that, the courts of Marrakech shall have jurisdiction.
